Our Mission and Philosophy
Living with pain on a daily basis is something no one should have to go through. Our mission is to help you identify the source of your pain with cutting-edge medical technology, and to provide you with the best, longest-lasting solution.
We strive to heal non-surgically, whether that means treating you ourselves or connecting you with specialists outside our areas of practice.
Our Services
Our pain management practice incorporates a spectrum of medical disciplines, including anesthesiology, sports medicine, and psychology, but it can be boiled down to two main services: diagnosis and treatment.
Diagnosis begins with a thorough evaluation of your ailment and your medical history. It also typically involves testing with an EMG (electromyograph) to help us detect abnormal electrical activity that may be related to your pain. We also provide Impact testing for concussion evaluation.
Our treatments take several different forms, from regenerative medicine to neuropathic medication and even surgical intervention, when necessary. They include:
Epidural steroid injections
Facet joint blocks
Sacroiliac injections
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections
We perform injections with fluoroscopic guidance to ensure precise medication delivery to the source of pain.
If we determine that physical therapy or chiropractic care is the best option for you, we will refer you to a provider we know and trust.
